Inner Alchemytm Guide & creator

Elaine's mission is to help people heal emotionally and spiritually through the fusion of story, breath, embodiment, and sacred creativity, and she thrives in creating experiences that feel like truth, clarity, and home.

I am a woman who has lived inside stories that demanded my strength and my silence just for survival, and others based solely on survival through devastating losses -- and I have turned these stories into art, truth, and healing. Though I thrive on information, with training in nutrition, the root causes of disease, body-mind connection, written & spoken word, and nervous-system reprogramming, my life's work is built on a simple conviction: People don't need more Information. They need room to breathe, space to feel, and permission to become.

Through performance poetry, emotional intelligence, breath work, spirituality, and grounded teaching, I guide women out of overwhelm and back into themselves. This framework exists to help women:

Regulate emotions

release inherited narratives

reconnect with their souls

reclaim their god-given identity

live with grounded clarity

and rewrite the story that governs their lives

The story you live begins here. Healing and empowerment don't have to be rushed, because-- IF YOU ARE HERE-- they are already within you, complete. The work is to allow them room to breathe. This is where story meets breath, and where breath becomes freedom.

Get in Touch

The first step is RIGHT HERE.

Yes, procrastination can be good for you; conserving your energy & resources so that you make the right decision is excellent. It gives you more time to think about your goals. Let yourself dream a bit. What dreams are lingering? What are you curious about? What questions do you have? What goals do you want to achieve?

Take that first step by sending a message. Or, if you're already ready, today is a beautiful day to schedule a free 1-on-1 consultation!

“What Hill does with words is like what painters do with colors, only words come with restrictions and predetermined placements. Hill takes those restraints and uses them to add ideas and depth. It is a gift and I’m glad that she shares it.”
